Guillermo Wippold, Ph.D.

I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of South Carolina (USC), a health promotion scientist, and a licensed clinical psychologist. My work focuses on understanding cultural- and context-specific strategies to increase health-promoting behaviors among underserved communities and individuals. I work to translate these strategies into tailored interventions to increase health-promoting behaviors among individuals in these communities.
